Delivery

How your kit ships

Every kit ships one of two ways, and the badge on each kit tells you which applies right now.

UK despatch

When we hold the kit in UK stock, it ships from our buffer store — about 3 working days.

Manufacturer despatch

When we do not hold it in stock, the kit is made to order and ships from the manufacturer — about 42 days.

The badge is honest: it never claims UK despatch for stock we do not hold, and the lead time shown is the one your order will actually take.

Carriers

UK-despatch kits go by a tracked parcel or pallet carrier appropriate to their size and weight. You will receive tracking once your kit is despatched.

Where we ship

In this first release we ship to Great Britain only. We are not yet able to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or outside the United Kingdom.
